Our Benefits

Agile working

Full-time colleagues work a 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. We work autonomously delivering our work where activity is best suited e.g. our office, remotely from our residential buildings or fully enabled to work from home. Supporting our ” One Team”  ethos, our entire team also work together at our open plan head office at White City.

Flexi time

Our formal flexi time working arrangement is a benefit  our colleagues value. It can contribute to a healthy work life balance allowing extra hours worked to be taken as time off at a later date. Flexi time working applies to many but not all of our roles. You may be contracted to work fixed hours to support service delivery.

Annual leave

You recieve 26 days paid annual leave each (pro rata for part time colleagues) plus paid bank holidays. After five years’ service your annual leave entitlement rise to 29 days. The leave year runs  January to December. Our office closes over the Christmas period between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.

Pensions

We offer defined pension contributions and make an employer contribution of  8% of your salary towards your pension pot for your 5% employee contribution. You can modify your employee contribution if you choose, the minimum is 5%. Linked to the pension’s scheme are death in service benefits, paying up to 4x gross salary to your beneficiaries.

Bonus Award

 

A potential one-off, annual bonus payment may be made depending on our corporate performance achievements and the financial strength of the organisation.

We will provide you access to a free confidential employee assistance programme which offers advice, support and signposting on a range of issues to support you in and outside of work.
