Our future
Women’s Pioneer continues to champion equality and diversity. A century after our formation, our work is as important now as it was in 1920. On average, women still earn much less than men in Britain and this has a lifetime impact. Rents in London are far out of reach for many women. Women are also much more likely to be made homeless as a result of domestic abuse.
We are committed to providing the high quality, safe, affordable homes that women in London so desperately need.
Our residents are at the heart of everything we do. They help us to be innovative, bold and solution-focused.
We work in partnership with our residents to:
- continually improve our homes and services
- support women’s independence and well-being
- build more homes to meet women’s diverse housing needs
- influence others in the sector to do more to meet women’s housing needs.
