In 2021 we co-created a new Resident Engagement Strategy with our residents to support Our aim at Women’s Pioneer to make a positive difference to women’s lives.  

The strategy sets out how we will do this in partnership with our residents, working together to achieve our vision and our strategic objectives. Residents’ insight into the things that matter most to them will inform all our plans. This will ensure better decision making and lead to improvements in our homes and services. 

We will work with residents across our organisation, using a range of different methods to enable residents to have a say in the quality of our homes and services  Our model for the different levels of engagement is set out below.
