We seek residents’ views through a wide variety of means to improve delivery of our objectives.
Residents are consulted on our standards and before any significant changes to services e.g. before the introduction of Estates Services Officers, before the submission of planning applications for new development schemes and in accordance with any legal requirements e.g. S20 service charge consultations. Consultation includes formal written consultation, meetings, one to one discussions and email or text surveys. Over 200 residents have already signed up to an email consultation forum.
Every year we seek feedback on our performance through an independent telephone survey with 40% of our residents.
We also hold quarterly Meet the Managers meetings, where residents can drop in and talk to a member of the management team, as well as monthly Patch Meetings providing the opportunity to speak to Housing Officers and Estates Services Officers face to face.
