We ensure that residents are informed about WPH and issues affecting their home. We seek to “close the loop”, feeding back regularly on the outcomes from any resident feedback received. Communications aim to be clear, accessible, regular and targeted. We write and speak in plain language, using interpretation services where necessary.
Our website, our Annual Review for residents and the quarterly newsletter Pioneer Press are key means of sharing information. We also send letters, texts and emails, share information on social media and place information on the noticeboards in each property.
