Redeem your 400£ energy vouchers

The government Energy Bill Support Scheme is granting 400£ to each household. This measure was first announced by government in May applying across to England, Scotland and Wales.

Under this scheme everyone’s bill will be cut 400£ between October and March, the coldest months of the year.

The issue is that many homes with prepaid meters have not yet redeemed their vouchers. Remember that you should claim your 400£ energy voucher from your local Post Office.

The UK government has urged people to make sure they are using this credit as soon as possible. If you have a prepaid meter please go to your nearest post office and claim your credit.

Post Offices in the country have urged people that have forgotten to claim their October discount to present the voucher when claiming November's discount.
