Our Senior Management Team
Our Senior Management Team is comprised of experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds, providing strategic leadership and day-to-day management at Women’s Pioneer Housing. The team oversees the delivery of high-quality, safe, housing services, working collaboratively to lead an organisation dedicated to meeting our objectives to provide housing to women across London.
Tracey Downie, Chief Executive
Tracey joined Women’s Pioneer as Chief Executive in 2022. She was previously Executive Director of Housing Management at Homes for Haringey and brings over 25 years’ experience in the housing sector primarily working in London-based housing associations with a commitment to resident engagement, community development and challenging inequality.
She brings a wealth of experience from past senior, executive and non-executive roles to her role as CEO. Tracey mentors through the Future of London Leaders programme and is Board Chair of Ekaya Housing Association.

Mark Cole, Director of Resources
Mark, who joined Women’s Pioneer in 2016, is responsible for finance, IT, HR and governance. He is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and has over 20 years’ experience in the social housing sector through roles within audit, finance and IT.
Mark is also an Independent Group Audit and Risk Committee member for Platform Housing Group.
Mark and his team will lead on ensuring WPH finances and systems are robust and we have the resources in place to support the organisation in investing in new and existing properties as well as delivering excellent services to our residents.

Rob Collingridge, Director of Property Services
Rob joined Women’s Pioneer as Director of property services and compliance in 2025 and is responsible for the operational strategy and service delivery side of the business.
Rob has 28 year’s experience in housing, Construction and building safety and he has previously been involved in fire safety and remediation measures, driving improvements in landlord compliance and ensuring that operational improvement strategies are implemented.
Rob and his team will lead for repair’s delivery, ensuring WPH remain compliant with our legislative requirements on Building safety. Operational strategy, general surveying duties, Damp and Mould, Asset management, Cyclical, and major works projects including our Wave 3 programme. As part of the teams wider remit, we also manage and maintain our estate services functions across our portfolio.

Natasha Roberts, Director of Operations
Natasha Roberts brings 13 years of experience in housing operations. With a BSc and MSc in Housing Policy and Practice, and as a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), Natasha is passionate about inclusion and resident engagement. She is dedicated to giving back to the community and is a board member for THCH powered by Hyde.
Natasha oversees the Housing Management Team, the Customer Services & Complaints Team, and the Sustainment & Safeguarding team. These service areas are responsible for the day-to-day management of our homes and tenancies, supporting residents in sustaining their tenancies and managing safeguarding, as well as providing excellent customer service.
