We have five Older Women’s Housing schemes in Kensington and Chelsea. Totalling 182 studio flats, they are specifically for women aged 60-plus.

They cater for older single women who want to live independently in their own home, but with the peace of mind of extra security plus on-site and on-call support if needed.

Currently housing residents aged from 60 to over 100, these schemes offer a vibrant, supportive community for like-minded women.

Each scheme has an on-site manager, shared residents’ lounge and warden alarms.

New tenants come from local authority nominations and our own waiting list.
