Standing Up to ASB
We want everyone to feel safe and live peacefully in their home, and we recognise your safety may be affected by anti-social behaviour (ASB). Anti-social behaviour can have a serious impact on your life, and we take any reports of disruptive behaviour very seriously.
Everyone deserves to feel safe and secure in their home. We know anti-social behaviour (ASB) can seriously affect your peace of mind—and we want you to know: we’re listening, we care, and we are taking action.
You Spoke, We Acted
In recent surveys, you told us loud and clear:
🔹 You want ASB taken seriously.
🔹 You want action, not just words.
🔹 You want to feel confident that your concerns will be addressed.
We've taken that feedback on board. It's shaped how we work, and it’s made our commitment even stronger: to stand up to ASB, to act quickly and consistently, and to keep you informed every step of the way.
Improving How We Work
Here’s what we’ve been doing to step up our response:
- Reviewed our internal processes to ensure cases are handled thoroughly and consistently.
- Trained our housing team to improve communication and support when dealing with ASB.
We will also be enhancing our case tracking system, so no report falls through the cracks.
Partnering with the Experts
We are dedicated to ensuring residents feel confident in our actions when reporting ASB concerns. We know that building confidence takes time and is earned through consistent action.
To make sure we’re getting this right, we’ve teamed up with Resolve, the UK’s leading ASB and community safety organisation. Resolve brings expert knowledge, experience of best practice, and tailored support directly to our organisation to strengthen our approach to ASB.
This partnership is already helping us:
- Strengthen our policies and procedure
- Upskill our staff with best practice approaches
- Build a new and improved case management system
Together with Resolve, we’re raising the standard of how ASB is tackled, not just in our communities, but nationally.

ASB Awareness Week - Standing Together
As part of our partnership with Resolve, we were proud to be invited to the Parliamentary launch of ASB Awareness week, running from 30th June – 6th July. ASB Awareness week is a national campaign bringing together government, housing providers, police, and frontline agencies to focus on solutions and action against anti-social behaviour.
Attending this event allowed us to engage directly with other agencies and providers to discuss the impact of ASB across our communities in the UK. We are dedicated to action, influence, and ensuring ASB is taken seriously within our organisation and on a national stage.
We are committed to continue improving our services, advocating for communities, and delivering on our commitment to act when it matters most.
Our partnership with Resolve, a review of our processes and case management system, and additional training aims to improve how we respond to ASB reports. We are clear that we will stand with residents to address anti-social behaviour, but also, we will listen, learn, and act, to keep communities safer and stronger.
Experiencing ASB?
If you’re experiencing anti-social behavior, don’t stay silent. We are here to help, and we promise to take your concerns seriously.
