How We Process Your Data

How to Request Your Data
Under the UK-GDPR, you have a right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, and to request a copy of your information. This is known as a ‘subject access request’ (SAR).

We may request up to two forms of identification to verify your identity.

We will conduct a reasonable and proportionate search in line with the legislation within the constraints of your request and this will be provided within the legal timescales.
Your right to certain information may be restricted. Usually, data is redacted where the following exemptions apply:
- Where data is related to third parties who have not given their consent, this has been removed to protect their rights.
- Where data may compromise our staff’s rights this has been removed.
- Where data could prejudice any ongoing negotiations with you that might resolve any ongoing investigations, this has been removed.

Data Complaints
Women’s Pioneer Housing tries to meet the highest standards when collecting and using personal information. We take any complaints we receive seriously. Please notify us if you think that our collection or use of data is unfair, misleading, inaccurate, or inappropriate.
