Rent Statements for WPH Residents
We issue rent statements on a quarterly basis to help you keep track of your account. Statements will be sent out in January, April, July and October providing a summary of charges, payments and any outstanding balance.
Please review your statement and get in touch with your Housing Officer should you be in arrears. We can work with you to agree a payment plan and can also refer you to our Financial Inclusion service to support you in ensuring that you are getting all the benefits to which you are entitled.
