Updates from RBKC Cyber Attack
Following the recent cyber-attack at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), some of their systems remain disrupted, or are operating using temporary arrangements. This has caused an issue in processing benefits, and we are aware this may affect some residents.
The phone lines at RBKC remain closed, although RBKC has assigned designated Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support Officers at Kensington Town Hall, Horton Street, W8 7NX.
They are open Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm; they will be able to support if you are facing difficulties with housing benefit, universal credit, or require benefit or council tax support.
