Interpretation Services at WPH
We’re pleased to now offer residents access to an interpreters if you need one when you need to talk us.
Language should never be a barrier to effective communication, so we have partnered with an organisation called Language is Everything who provides expert, qualified interpreters.
For non-English speaking residents or for those for whom English is an additional language, the service provided by the specialists at Language is Everything allows us to provide you with a telephone interpreter when you need to speak to us.
Our aim is to ensure we provide the highest quality services possible which understands the diverse needs of our residents. When we use interpreters, it will be a respectful, professional and efficient service. So, if you need to talk to us and think our communication can be supported by an interpreter, just let us know and we will make arrangements to provide this.
